3. Course Enrollment and Completion
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your course.
- Personal Completion: You must personally complete all course modules, quizzes, and the final exam. Use of proxies or automated tools is strictly prohibited and will result in course failure without refund.
- Validation Checks: You acknowledge and agree to participate in time-limited validation questions as described in our Privacy Policy and course materials. Failure to respond correctly or within the time limit may result in course failure without refund.
- Passing Score: A minimum score of 80% on the final exam is required for course completion.
- No Refund for Failure: Course fees are non-refundable in cases of course failure due to exam failure, validation failures, or violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on DriveSmartFL.com, including text, graphics, videos, and course materials, is the property of DriveSmartFL.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to bypass any security or validation measures
- Interfere with the operation of our website or services.
